fruit-fuelled chia oatmeal

No cooking required for this overnight chia oatmeal. This high-fibre, high-protein breakfast is rich in omega-3, as well as counting as one of your 5-a-day due to the naturally-sweet fresh fruit.

Method

In a measuring jug, mix together the chia seeds, oats and almond milk with a fork.

Cut two of the passion fruits in half and scoop the flesh and seeds into the chia mixture. Mix well again with a fork, then leave, covered, in the fridge for at least 6 hours (ideally overnight).

Serve between 2-3 jars or bowls, then top with the remaining fruits. Will keep in the fridge, covered, for 2 days.

2 tablespoons rolled oats

200ml almond milk

4 passion fruits

1 peach, stone removed and sliced

100g blueberries
